This twist angle gauge for yarn spinning is made from maple wood and has a desert scene with cactus and mountains engraved on the back side. This tool tells the angle of twist from 0-90 in increments of 10 degrees and designates S or Z twist.

To measure twist angle, lay your yarn across the wood and match the twist to the closest twist angle line. Great for spinners to check to make sure they are keeping the ply twist consistent.

This spinning tool measures 3 inches wide by 1.75 inches tall and comes with a brass clasp to hang on your craft bag.
